This week I’ll be finishing up my freezer cooking stash, so that means next week I will need to do some serious shopping and look for new recipes. It could get interesting.
Monday: basil pan burgers (with organic ground beef!), veggies, chips
Wednesday: spaghetti, more rolls, and either salad or veggies
Thursday: garlic chicken and supreme pizzas (not homemade unfortunately)
Friday: pulled pork sandwiches (from my freezer stash), veggies, and chips
Saturday: leftovers or spaghetti
I am also making a bunch of pumpkin chocolate chip muffins to freeze for snacks over the next few weeks!
